This website describes VoltzPay payment infrastructure, coverage, and integration models. It is informational only. Access to APIs, dashboards, and live processing requires a separate commercial agreement and provisioning. Access is by invitation. We do not offer public registration or self-serve dashboard signup.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorised access to our systems.
- Do not scrape or automate access in a way that impairs the service.
- Do not misrepresent your affiliation with VoltzPay.
- Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content via contact channels.
Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and documentation excerpts are owned by VoltzPay or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse materials except for personal evaluation or as permitted by law without written consent.
Third-party links
We link to external resources such as the Merchant API documentation. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices.
Disclaimers
Content is provided “as is” for general information. Payment method availability, pricing, and regulatory treatment depend on your agreement and jurisdiction. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of this marketing site.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VoltzPay is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this marketing website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws agreed for your jurisdiction in your commercial contract where one exists. For visitors without a contract, disputes will be handled under the law and courts specified in your onboarding or order form when you become a customer; until then, contact us to clarify applicable law for your enquiry.
